Our scheduling is designed to allow sufficient time needed to complete your treatment, if you are late we will try to accommodate you, however, we cannot promise to complete your full service. If this is your first visit to FRC or if it is your first appointment in the New Year, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork.
- Cancellations & No Shows:
FRC requests 24 hours’ notice for re-scheduling or cancellation. No shows will not be re-scheduled and treatment will be forfeited.
- Inclement Weather:
Please make sure we have an updated phone number in the event of inclement weather so that we may reach you to reschedule your appointment. For the safety of you and our staff, we close for bad weather. We will make every effort to notify you in a timely manner, but please feel free to contact us.
We will gladly accept the return of any skin care product within 10 days of purchase for an in house credit on your account. All BrandMD, Obagi & ZO prescription products (Tretinoin .025%, Tretinoin .05%, Tretinoin .1%, Pigment Control + Blending Crème 4%, HQRA+, RA .025% cream, RA .05% cream, RA 0.1% cream & Hydroquinone 12%) are non-returnable/non-refundable. Latisse sales are final. All Colorescience sales are final. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable. Gift card sales are final. Purchases made with Care Credit are non-refundable.
In the interest of others we ask that you turn off your mobile phone and/or pager. We love children…however so we may provide a safe and comfortable experience to all, children are not allowed in the medical spa.

- Our system will not process pre-paid credit/debit cards. No checks.
