Scheduling
Our scheduling is designed to allow enough time needed to complete your treatment, if you are late, we will try to accommodate you, however, we cannot promise to complete your full service. If this is your first visit to FRC or if it is your first appointment in the New Year, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork.

Appointment Confirmations
Appointment confirmations are done by text only. We strongly request a return confirmation to avoid confusion with your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
FRC requests 24 hours’ notice for re-scheduling or cancellation. No shows will not be re-scheduled.

Contact Phone Number
We must be able to reach you in the event of inclement weather, staff illness etc. Please make sure we have a contact phone number in the case of any of these events.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of skin care products within 10 days of purchase for an in-house credit on your account. Prescription skincare is non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable. Gift card sales are final. Purchases made with Care Credit are non-refundable.

Environment
In the interest of others, we ask that you silence your cell phone, laptop and/or iPad. We love children…however so we may provide a safe and comfortable experience to all, children are not allowed in the medical spa at any time.

Payment
FRC does not accept checks or any prepaid credit gift cards. FRC accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Interest Free Care Credit. Due to the professional nature of our practice we do not accept gratuity. FRC gift cards available.

Injections
All of our neurotoxins and fillers are injected conservatively. On the off chance there is some asymmetry after injection we will evaluate and consider a dose adjustment. If you simply need “more” to reach a greater correction you will be charged for the additional product.
