Maggie serves as more than an office manager, she’s like a choreographer designing the sequence of steps needed to ensure superior skin health for our patients. Maggie systematically and synergistically aligns FRC with the most aggressive and clinically proven medical-grade anti-aging protocols to achieve phenomenal patient outcomes. True to FRC’s brand values, Maggie ensures we retain the services of the most celebrated professionals in the field. Maggie is an expert on all our medical-grade skincare: ZO Skin Health and Revision Skincare. Going above and beyond is what we do at FRC and Maggie makes sure of that. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa.

Megan is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician.
Megan has performed thousands of Aesthetic treatments at FRC. Megan is certified at the highest level of ZO and Revision skin care education and will help you understand why and how medical grade skin care can improve your skin. Whether starting from scratch with skin care or slowing incorporating a more aggressive approach, Megan works closely with educators from ZO and Revision to introduce the newest approaches to treating all skin disorders such as hyperpigmentation, acne, sun damage and pre-mature aging. Megan is committed to advancing effective treatments for healthy skin and providing products and protocols that bridge the gap between therapeutic treatments and daily care that allow patients to experience continuously healthy skin regardless of their age or unique skin condition.

Dwayne T. Capper, M.D., F.A.C.S.

In 1988 Dr. Capper graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Iowa Wesleyan College. He entered the University of Iowa College of Medicine and received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1992.

From 1992 to 1993 he completed a Preliminary Surgical Residency from the Medical College of Wisconsin and started his Otolaryngology Residency, which he completed in 1997 at the same college. He then returned to Iowa City after completing his training.

In August of 1998, Dr. Capper joined ENT Medical Services Medical Services. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Thomas A. Simpson, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Simpson is a native Iowan, born and raised in Iowa City. His distinguished career started with a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in 1984 in Psychology from The University of Iowa.

In June of 1984, he joined the prestigious Cardiovascular Research Center at the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine as a Research Assistant under the direction of Robert Felder, M.D. In 1990, Dr. Simpson graduated with a degree in Medicine from the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine.

From 1990 to 1991 he completed a General Surgery Internship at Gunderson Clinic/Lutheran Hospital in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Dr. Simpson then returned to the University Of Iowa Department Of Otolaryngology and spent four years in the Head and Neck Surgery Residency Program. In March of 1996 Dr. Simpson was certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Jeremy D. Vos, M.D., F.A.C.S, F.A.A.O.A.

Dr. Vos grew up just across the Mississippi River in Macomb, Illinois, and throughout his childhood got to know Eastern Iowa while visiting his grandfather’s farm near Pella.

Dr. Vos moved to Iowa City when he was 18, and completed his undergraduate degree in mathematics at the University of Iowa, graduating with highest distinction. He then attended medical school at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was inducted into the medical honors society, Alpha Omega Alpha.

His education next took him to Nashville, Tennessee, where he completed a General Surgery internship, followed by four additional years of specialty training in Otolaryngology surgical residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. After residency, Dr. Vos was thrilled to move back home to Iowa, joining ENT Medical Services Medical Services in August 2006.

Daniel Olney, M.D., F.A.C.S.

An Iowa City native, Dr. Olney, specializes in plastic surgery of the face and neck, as well as, general head and neck surgery-otolaryngology.

After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Dr. Olney completed residency training at the University of Rochester Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His education also included rigorous training in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery during a highly competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Missouri.

Dr. Olney is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Michael Reed, M.D.

Doctor Michael J. Reed was born in southern Louisiana and grew up in the small town of Ville Platte, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2005.

Dr. Reed then earned his Doctorate of Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA in 2009. This is where he met his wife and following medical school, they moved to Iowa City, IA, to pursue their residency training in their respective fields. Dr. Reed was the Chief Resident in his final year of training and completed his residency in 2014.

Dr. Reed was thrilled to accept a position with ENT Medical Services, PC in Iowa City. He and his wife currently reside in Coralville, IA, with their three daughters. He loves spending time with his family including traveling, drawing and painting with his daughters, and all activities outdoors.
